ABS

The Pistoni Srl company takes care of the withdrawal of plastics which ABS turning out from the refuse of industrial working. This then endures a phase of manual cleaning in order then to be uniform according to the type. Successively the ABS prepared will stocking in box, ready for being milled with granulator (preventively controlled with metal detector). Floreal product (MPS) of ABS thus obtained, comes introduced in "Big Bag" ready for the sale.

WHAT IS ABS?
The acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene or ABS is a common thermoplastic polymer used in order to create light and rigid materials of common use, but it finds application also in the used textile fiber constitution into plastic industry. Chemically the ABS is a co-polymer derived from the polymerized styrene entirety of acrylonitrile in polybutadiene presence, and that can be defined like terpolimero. The proportions can vary from 15% to 35% of acrylonitrile, from 5% to 30% of butadiene and from 40% to 60% of styrene. The ABS finds great application in the realization of products by means of use of blots some of fast prototipation that uses productive techniques which the FDM (Fluid Deposition Modelling). Derived the plastic refuse fibers from the industrial working of ABS, comes recovered from Pistoni Srl that it recycle to them, before reintroducing on the market likeM.P.S form, the ready secondary raw materials to re-use in the productive phase.
